Very efficient, provided good information. Wish I'd been told a book and cellphone could be brought with me. Excellent nursing.
This was not my first interview of an orthopedic surgeon for my hip. The facility was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and at ease. I had already spoken with the PA over the phone and the doctor was unhurried kind and explained my condition and his recommendations. My confidence and comfort in choosing Dr. King is a 10 out of 10.
This surgery by Dr Holland was characterized by his outstanding professionalism and care for his patient. Dr Holland always takes time to explain in detail what will be done, what to expect post operation and answers all questions. This is my fifth surgery and all have had the highest level of conduct and care.

Dr Hormel was very thorough and inspired trust and confidence. I left my pre-op being fully informed and knowing my procedure will be a success.

Dr. Hormel asked me lots of questions and listened to my answers. He sent me for X-Rays so he had up to date information. He was very professional.
I also want to point out that every nurse or physician assistant looked directly in the face and had lots of helpful information in terms of next steps and process
