Dr. Toomey is very helpful explaining the surgery and easing any worries. The OPA team helps every step of the way to make the process as stress free as possible.
Sean is direct in his approach and is serious about the care provided to his patients. This is my third knee replacement performed by him (partial knee had to be replaced). I have no hesitations recommending about recommending Sean for orthopedic care.

I met with Dr. McAdams for the first time today. He was very thorough and informative. He was highly recommended by my daughter and a professional skier! He explained everything that I needed to do and also, helped with an insurance complication. His staff was excellent as well.
2nd total hip replacement. Dr. King has done both. The staff at the surgical center was awesome!
Dr. Hormel repaired a left torn meniscus in 2014 and performed a right total knee replacement for me in March 2025. His work has been excellent and, eight months after the first, he's replacing the left knee. I've found him to be incredibly caring, communicative, and easy with which to interact as a patient - the rest of his staff has been equally wonderful. :)
Empathy Competence Knowledge Hard to beat!
Dr. Mankey clearly explained the mechanics of my health issue and the surgery needed to correct it. He was compassionate and communicated that the issue is genetic and not my fault. Many internet articles imply that the issue is related to lifestyle choices.
