Caveat Emptor - BUYER BEWARE!!! Lawn Starter Inc. Terms of Service, Paragraph 13. No Warranty and Paragraph 14. Limitation of Liability makes it painfully clear that no matter the circumstances LawnStarter Inc. takes no responsibility in any damage to their customers’ properties.
Lawnstarter sent out a man to service one of my clients lawn and the man damaged my window. Broke the entire window and damaged the side of the car when he was weed eating. Now lawnstarter will not accept responsibility for the damage and the man is claiming to not have any insurance to cover the over $1500 in damages to the car. Lawnstarter claims they require their contractors to have insurance however apparently they do not care if these people have insurance or if they damage your property. I am one of the sub contractor. I carry my own insurance. I pull 20k in lawn equipment and still haven’t gotten paid . They need to reach out to me and pay me . Thank you Lawnfather
I don't write reviews, but... Don't believe the 5 stars, y'all. They told me they came. They told me it was done. They didn't touch it. And then they charged my cc. This is a scam. And no, I don't want resolution. I want my money back and the cancellation of all further services.
Horrible off the RIP! Man setup the info to book with these people. I get some dude Ty’Rie Porter who took the ticket texting me late on the 31st asking for details only for him not to show up either of the days. No text back no nothing just no show! LawnStarter is A CRAP SHOOT just find you cool local dude to cut your yard and don’t even waste your time with these raggedy people they use to supposedly cut your yard! And they talking about they want me to do three services first.... BET I WONT!
Multi Issues on each cut. From the very first scheduled visit which was a No Show. No Shows of the assigned crew. No Communication from the assigned crew. The crew doesn't follow property notes and directions. Support knows only the generic robot response to give back. No, follow through on complaints and issues. MANAGEMENT doesn't exist.
