We hired lawn.com to do a clean up last year. Should have known to discontinue services then, the work was subpar then, but we continued to use the company mainly because our busy schedule, it was put on the back burner. So far this year there has not been one blade of weedeating done. Areas of the yard that were landscaped are now over grown, so now we have to hire another company to come in and pay for yet another main yard cleaning. This company has no communication. they cut my neighbors lawn instead of mine and they still charged me for the service. They have yet to cut the yard which I told them should be free for me since I had to prove it was not my yard. No response.
