Check your statements if you do direct payment! I will never use or recommend Lawn Pride again. I just noticed on my bank statement I was billed for an application last week (in February). When I called the office, it was suggested that both the yard marker and my bill had blown away, despite this never happening in the past. I asked for the time of the application, and it allegedly occurred while I had house guests and the dog was in the back yard. Do not hire Lawn Pride if you want services provided. I have hired Lawn Pride to work in several communties my company manages, as of this year we have started to terminate contracts and will no longer be using Lawn Pride. This is the worst service we have ever received from Lawn Pride. They should really understand what the customers wants and needs are.
Best in Indy Very helpful. Cleared all of our weeds and the yard is greener than ever. always recommended services, but never just did them Have been very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful yard!
Awesome!!! Yard was horrible looking when we bought the house. Thanks to lawn pride it is the best yard in the neighborhood with just 2 applications and a fungicide. The applicator even explained how to water properly. They are very friendly and customer focused! The bad reviews are from people who have no idea how to take care of their lawn and stupidity cannot be fixed with lawn applications!
Stay Away! My wife and I signed up with Lawn Pride this year and have subsequently cancelled. While all that we signed up for was regular treatments, they came out and did a grub treatment that we didn't order and charged double what we had paid previously with other providers. When we called to dispute this, they insisted that we ordered it and stated they had a taped conversation to prove it. Bill first ask questions later I had asked for them to call before application, guess what..they jumped out and did lawn, their applicator bragging to my wife how many lawns he had done before 10 am.
Summer Patch? My lawn wasn't quite as green as it was this time last year. I called Lawn Pride to see what was going on. Within a couple days Blaine came out to examine the lawn. He said I had a disease in the lawn called "Summer Patch". Blaine threw some extra fertilizer on the lawn (at no charge) and now my lawn is as green as ever. Thanks Blaine and Lawn Pride you're the BEST!
