Inappropriate customer service. Signing up to having the first spring application put down, all went well. The second spring application was over 8 weeks since the first. Considering the hot spring, summer and lack of rain, it would have been better to have applied this at week 6 instead of days after week 8. Temperatures were cooler at that time with average rainfall. After week 8 we were entering weeks of little rain to no rain at all. Forecast had almost no rain in sight. This lawn company is awesome. This is my second year using the Lawn Dr. and my grass has never looked this good. They are all about communication and pride themselves on superior work. I will us this company as long as I live in there service area.
