One of the worst and most unprofessional companies I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with. They won't answer the phone nor will they return voicemails. My bank contracted with them to do a very simple appraisal on some bare land and an estimate from a contractor. I would recommend you stay far away from this company - especially if you are on any sort of timeline, which virtually every real estate transaction is. Caveat emptor.
