If there is no star, I would like to give them no star. My employer hired Robert Gaffney and his team to help me file green card application. However, they made an absurding mistake, inputting incorrect recruiment date, on the 9089 form, causing denial on my PERM petition. As we all know how long the PERM could take currently, the law office not only waste over a year of my and my employer's time, but also jepordize my chance to continue to work in the U.S., by simply putting in a WRONG DATE. Laughably unprofessional!
