I bought a house is dec 2019 and 2500 sq ft of the " vinyl plank " turned out to be treated wood. I was assured many times the flooring was but it sure wasn't it waa cheap finish Russo did not go to bat for me and I spent 6 grand before I could even move. I feel he was way too accommodating to the builder.
