This was the worst experience I have ever had with a title company. Not only did they fail to send my commission check after closing, but my brokerage had to step in and provide wire instructions after I had already waited over a week for payment. The wire was finally sent after 6:00 PM on a Friday—more than a week after closing—which meant further delays. Unfortunately, they treated my seller the same way.
