I am 71 years old, world traveled,and steeped in Life experience.In all modesty, the so-called and proverbial "Everyman". And in that voice(morevover from personal experience with Counselor Kenney) I say that retaining Mr Kenney, having that man on board, for ANY legal matter is the penultimate best opportunity bar none that one can have in being able to prevail. Paul R. Keeney executed a lease rider for my apartment rental in a Manhattan condominium. I was tremendously satisfied with all of the clauses he has incorporated in my lease rider. My experience was nerve racking - I was evicted from my apartment after failing to honor a previous stipulation by housing court and was given a little over 3 weeks to come up the amount due. I would not have been given that opportunity had it not been for Paul R. Kenney. The landlord had already evicted me and had no reason to negotiate . In the end I got my apartment back and owe Paul R. Kenney all the thanks. He is good at what he does.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy some unscrupulous contractors put a mechanics lien on my mother's house. The matter went to arbitration and I hired Paul to represent us. Paul gathered information and walked us through the process. He was easy to talk to and very well-prepared. The arbiter decided completely in our favor, in large part I think because of Paul's research and professionalism. Highly recommend.
