Paul helped me with the eviction (my first) of a tenant who'd been a problem for almost a year. He had the tenant out in the time that he had forecasted, which for NYC was FAST. The entire process was handled efficently and professionaly, with minimal stress for me or the tenant. He kept me informed in layman's terms every step of the way. I strongly reccomend him, especially if you are a novice. He'll handle you with care.
