consulted with Mr. Kenney on the telephone and he was very obliging and very nice. I later went for an office consult and he was straightforward and very helpful. I highly recommend him. Prices VERY reasonable.
5 stars. My case was very unusal. It took 6-7months until the closin with many confusion. It was my first experience and I was very stressed and unsure. People who worked on the case were very unprofessional. A lot of mistakes and cancelations. If it was not him, I don`t think I made it. He was very professional, well organized, patient and helpful.

I read the reviews at yellowpages.com and was impressed with the comments about Mr. Kenney. I figured I had nothing to lose. Mr. Kenney exceeded my expectations in handling an eviction for unpaid rent. I had all but written off three months of unpaid rent when Paul worked out a deal with the tenant to get all payments and also ensured future payments. If you're a landlord, I'm sure you can relate to the difficulties associated with losing three months rent. Sometimes you get lucky. I am extremely grateful for his assistance.
