I went for a consultation with Mr. Milian for him to advice me on an emergency condo election issues two weeks prior. Contracted him to reply to our questions. Paid him. I reminded him hours before the election and he said he would have to reply. when the reply came it was a cut and paste job of the sunshine law’s elections procedures manual! none of our questions were answered and We found ourselves defenseless causing serious consequences for our community.
