Ms. Fokstuen was more interested in being liked by opposing counsel than ensuring that I got the bare minimum that I was entitled to by the law. Not only did she suggest I accept 1/7th less than what I ended up getting after hiring another lawyer, she went out of her way to tell opposing counsel that she agreed that I should get less than what my spouse *already agreed to*.
