the service department miss diagnosed my car and would not return the full amount. even the owner wouldn't do anything about it except return half. i will never go back.
We just bought a used vehicle last week. We worked with Brian, who did all he could to find info on the Enclave we were interested in, as it had just come in & wasn’t on their inventory list yet. What a poor representation of service. This salesman has shown one of the highest levels of unprofessionalism toward someone who he hadn’t even worked with yet expressing a level of entitlement that I can only imagine is embarrassing, to say the least, to this business. get a life Brian Yardley, and probably a profession in which you never interact with a human being.
got an email after not responding right back to a salesman saying thanks for wasting my time... I was at a funeral... but I can assure you this is not the place to buy a vehicle

The people at Lauterbach are so easy to work with and super nice as well, bought my first car from a dealership here, super satisfied with their service! Had my previous car totaled in an accident a few weeks ago, Lauterbach made sure I had affordable payments. Definitely recommened them for anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.
