We lost our pickup in the storm August 10th and needed to find one. The search was frustrating until we found ourselves at Lauterbach. Brian listened to exactly what we were looking for and had 3 trucks for us to test drive. When it came time to make a decision, Brian and Jason kept the atmosphere lighthearted, while continuing to be professional and forthright. Had a excellent experience buying my Vehicle. About a month ago.I inquired about it online and they called the next day and had it cleaned and ready to test drive on my lunch break. My husband and I both liked it and knew we would buy it that day. The financial part was the easiest process we have ever been though. Also after we got the car home we noticed something with the door and I immediately contacted my sales guy Brian and he made sure it got fixed for us. Would definitely buy from here again and recommend Brian.
