The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
