Our experience with Laurie was great. We looked at a few places some we went back an looked at again and Laurie was always prepared. She has a notebook and writes down everything so all of your questions and concerns get addressed. Every time we called her she answered and for the few times she wasn't able to she got right back to us. When we finally found the perfect home, there were times that we couldn't be there and she would get there to make sure things got done. Laurie was my agent when I was looking for a home last year.
