Minimal waiting time, good service by all (office staff, hygienist, dentist). Absolutely would return and recommend

I haven't been to the dentist in 23 years so to say I was nervous is an understatement. I was immediately put at ease with Kourtney(?) and her sense of humor. Dr Fischl was fantastic as well. They explained everything very thoroughly and made recommendations also appreciating the fact that I have no dental insurance and am paying out of pocket. Everything was fine. You all are great. Can you email Loren all of the details regarding the denial of payment on his crown - including a copy of what you submitted etc. He will follow-up with a letter to them since their rules are certainly not "user friendly" and seem rather arbitrary.
