Lynne is a gem! Love having her. She makes Laurelhurst feel like a family. And LOVE Angie hope front, supberb Customer Service. Always attentive and friendly when discusisng any matter and incredibly sensitive around costs. I think we've been going for the last 10 years or so and its been a great experience. My hygenist has worked each time to come up with new ways to best alleviate my concerns about tooth pain during cleaning. I appreciate her patience and attention to my particular problem.
I had my first visit at Laurehurst Dentistry. I was very nervous since it's been a while since my last dentist appt. When I arrive the asst could tell I was nervous but made my experience great! Also, even though I probably needed other work done, then dentist her self listened to me and what my wants were. She put my wants first. It was an amazing feeling to have a dentist listen to me. Dr. Andersen and her assistant are wonderful! They are a great team together, and both very warm and considerate.
It was great. I really like you my hygienist, Katie and Dr. Anderson. I feel I get good care, thoughtful interactions and helping me make decisions to prevent problems. I will say that I had a hygienist the last time, who has retired, who did not impress me. She decided I really didn't need x-rays and I really felt it was because she didn't want to bother with it.
