My wife and I moved in right after we were married and stayed for 4+ years. We went through 3 staff turnovers in that time. Each staff was very polite and helped out in anyway that they could. When it comes to the homes, you do pay for what you get (Older appliances, older carpeting, and no washer/dryer hookups). The pool was well taken care of, plenty of parking, and it is in a great location. We reported our AC was struggling March a year ago. Ultimately nothing was done about it. Nine days ago it gave out completely and it has still yet to be fixed. We are staying with friends and family as they have had open rooms for us but keep getting the run-around as to why our AC has not yet been fixed despite the 100 degree weather. We are ready to come home but cannot due to the unbearable living conditions. Remember this before deciding to live here.

I hear they have a lot if maintenance issues. No ac for days with no explination - with 100 + degree heat index? Something is not right about that.

Lousy management, from problems with Insects to faulty A/C , my kids have had nothing but lies and excuses from the so called managers. This place is run down and all they get is bullshit stories and midnight promises. I recommend them to move out and wod not send anyone there.
