It takes days to have a maintenance request complete. Whatever is needed, it's on order. The company that is contracted for landscaping uses a weed Wacker and never cleans off the walkways. Apartments are dated. No interior upgrades. Ceiling light are the old 70's model no ceiling fans. Raises rent every 6 months when your lease is up your rent goes about 50 higher.
