Very nice quiet community! Pets are welcome nice spacious guest house, swimming pool,landlord pays your water and they also have a 24-hour emergency maintenance that will make sure your needs are met, You Rock Joe!!! Laurel Woods also have laundry facilities in every building. They also have fully equipped dishwasher in all their units.

Ryan, we’re sorry that you feel this way about our community, however, you only paid $200 as your security deposit when you moved into our community – so you received your full security deposit back. You were not charged for any carpet damage. We are aware of the roof leak and we are working on roof replacements throughout the entire community in the near future. I have lived here for 20 years and love living here. Yes, Laurel Woods Apartments has had it's ups and downs like all other apartments but has also resolved those issues and continues to be a great place to live. Management and the staff are friendly and helpful, Laurel Woods Apartments are close to everything and located in a nice and safe area. There have been many up grades over the years. I've lived here for more then 6 years. We've never had a problem. My only complaint is that no matter how long you lived there they don't consider that when it's time to renew your lease. Other than that I consider it my home. /;�}=
