Nice and friendly place to live.
I lived in Laurel Village from 2007-2015. I just turned in my keys in order to move into a house, and I already miss it. The security, maintenance, housekeeping, and management crews are wonderful, prompt, and personal. The event coordinator, Jared, is wonderful. I'm going to miss movie nights and wine tasting nights. Thank you for 8 wonderful years, and giving me an amazing place to raise my son.
The management at this place is unorganized, hard to deal with and non-responsive when needed. Worst of all, the security guards will deflect any question to management who "will not be open till monday". My room has been leaking due to rain for over a month and is yet to be fixed.
Loved it when I lived in Minneapolis! I miss my apartment there!
