Mice Go to apartmentratings.com to get the scoop. This is supposed to be a luxury condo, not a dump. 1) We had mice in our apartment 3 times. They did nothing to seal the holes. 2) We woke up one night with water streaming out of our sprinkler. 3) The management staff treats you like you're an idiot and intentionally withholds information like the fact that you can only have a guest for 28 days in a calendar year stay over night.
Maintenance requests are regularly deleted when they don't feel like completing them.
RecommendedI've lived here since June 1, 2014. Great location for me as I able to access main highways easily and enjoy all the delights of living downtown in a city! Lots of opportunity to socialize including wine tastings, movies, holiday parties, etc. Love the prompt and friendly response to any service request or questions to management office. I live in the McNair building of Laurel Village. I just moved to Laurel Village on October 29th, 2016. I love it so far. The management, maintenance, and leasing staff are extremely helpful and attentive. They have been quick to make sure all of my maintenance needs and requests are fulfilled as urgently as possible.
