The main office is never open. The telephone number doesn't even work. Very inconvenient and irresponsible!
To whom it may concern, My family member has been a resident of Laurel Crossings for_______ .My stay up until now has been more than pleasant. Most recently They’ve experienced harassment from the staff about means that the property doesn’t provide provisions for. The lack of help has my family in deposition due to their current condition which I will keep confidential.
