Great service experience every time we go to Laurel BMW
Laurel BMW once again gets it done! I had an appt scheduled for late Sept to get regular servicing, but my oil light indicated I needed a change, and I hated to wait three-four more weeks! Kristy was able to work me in the schedule to get the issue addressed immediately!! Appreciate so much the quick response and attention to my concern! Thanks!
