OMG- beyond impressive- I visited today with my husband and Dave repaired my machine in the spot- I can't believe he didn't even charge me- My husband said he'd go back... And he doesn't even sew! YES there are other Baby Lock/ Brother dealers closer to me but I happily drive 30+ extra miles because of the care, genuine concern, and service- it is rare these days and very much appreciated

I have found a new home, Dave, Laura, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The products and classes are awesome. Dave and Laura treat people with respect and care, I have purchased four machines from them and they always have time to help me with any new challenges. The entire staff is top notch and always willing to help put projects together or select from the wide arrangement of colors and fabric types. They are one of the reasons I stay in Florida.
