Happy Anniversary! This shop is amazing! They went out of their way to help with my machine repair. My machine was having problems for at least 1 year and had been serviced 4 times at another shop without fixing my problem. Robbie understood my problem immediately but it was difficult to find the solution. He did not give up until he had it operating perfectly. Thanks so much! This is the best quilt shop I have ever visited and recommend it highly. Customer service behind comparison.

This was the worst experience of my life at a sewing shop. Not only did they make snide remarks about my presser foot making me feel unwelcome, not only did they have my machine for 2 weeks! But they BROKE MY MACHINE! DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINES HERE TO GET FIXED!!!! THEY TOTALLY BROKE MY MACHINE! They broke my machine and then blamed me saying that the machine had "missing parts". I was literally sewing with this machine the day before I brought it in and I just needed a bobbin case and cleaning. I get it back totally broken... read more

To be perfectly honest. You brought the machine to us with parts in a bag but you failed to send the broken part with it. My wife Laura tried to explain to you that the part was incorrect. We did all we could to help you and charged you nothing. You were very irate and extremely difficult to talk to. You also texted my phone that you would give us a bad review on every page that you can find. I guess you found one. We work very hard for our customers and do all we can for them. This is by far the best sewing machine/quilting shop ever! Customer service is top notch and their machine knowledge is tremendous. Laura , David and Robbie make sure each and every customer receive the best deal out there too. These are the most accommodating people in the sewing industry. The classes they provide are fun and the teachers, Especially Linda, really know their stuff. I wouldn’t enjoy sewing as much without them. Thanks ! MJ Snyder
