Very knowledgeable about Brother sewing machines, great staff, excellent fabric selection. Can't wait to learn about my new sewing machine.
The folks who own this shop really are fabulous to deal with, they go the distance. I moved 8 hrs away but i miss these folks very much! Always my best for your success.
Seven years ago I was in Laura's shop(from Kansas) and bought the Imagine...so excited to go back this week and get the Ovation from them! Robbie showed me all the bells and whistles on the machine..HE IS GREAT! Told me if any questions or problems to come in or call. I definitely recommend Laura's for anyone that wants not only a great deal but superb instructions and information!
I came in theatore with my mother on Saturday afternoon, going in to purchase a $2,000 sewing machine I have had my eye on. With no one helping us to make the final sale and after 30 minutes standing around and still no one to help us, yes, there were people working, yes they looked up at us, but didn't acknowledge , they seem to be too busy helping each other. This is not the store where I need to spend my money ever. they do not have time for me they sure will nt have time for you. Very very poor service
Laura and Dave are the greatest! They and their employees are so friendly and helpful and really appreciate their customers.
I was having trouble with my Brother serger and they were able to fix it back to new within 48hours! I felt welcomed by the staff, from opening door for me to carrying my serger to my car. Service is definitely fast, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend for any of your service needs!!
This is the best shop. Laura and Dave are so caring and treat you better than family. AND so does their staff. You cannot find a better shop
