CUSTOMER SERVICE! They fixed my machine on the spot, made several recommendations, and didn't charge me for the repair stating that it was only a minor adjustment. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone.

Great little sewing store packed full of wonderful fabrics, machines and notions. I needed a very specific bobbin and a new power chord and they helped me cheerfully! My daughter loved the selections of fabrics too!
I have bought several machines from them and can’t begin to say enough good things about them. Not only do the carry the best quality of machines, notions and fabric but what keeps you coming back is the atmosphere and friendliness of all the staff. On my visit yesterday I had to bring in my Brother Dream Machine (for owner error) and it took Robby 2 seconds to figure out what I had done and get me up and running again. I purchased an entry level sewing machine for my 8 year old daughter. Robby spent over an hour (after the store had closed) teaching her how to use the machine. She will be attending the sewing classes with Miss Karen at the shops. So happy to have found this shop!
