I had a great experience as a first-time home buyer in working with Laura! She always made sure I knew and understood the details of the process and kept me up to speed on what I should expect. In a crazy market, I loved her outlook with regards to the homes that came and went without getting a walk-thru or a chance to offer - it wasn't meant to be! Laura is down to earth and genuine in her pursuit to find the perfect home for you. I'd recommend her to anyone!
Laura was put to the task of finding a very specific house in a tight geographic area. She presented options often and didn't give up on the process. It took several months to find the right fit and Laura was diligent through the entire search. She performed at the highest level even after the closing, helping wrap up loose ends that were above and beyond her duties. Laura brings energy and experience to the transaction. I highly recommend her and will certainly call on her again if the need arises!
Laura was great to work with. She was very patient with me, given this was my first time buying and the market was a little intimidating. She started finding houses before they went on the market for me to look at so I had a little more time to determine if I wanted to make an offer or not. Through the entire process she was very helpful and was available for me when it worked in my schedule. She was also very knowledgeable about things to look out for in a house and how to fix them if they did come up as an issue.
We viewed homes for sale on Zillow, saw one we liked and selected Laura's image to contact. We received a speedy reply in which our questions were answered. The initial house and a few others were spoken for or not what we were looking for but, we never felt discouraged or that we were bugging our realtor.
