Laura is a no-nonsense professional with a personal touch. She was there for us - days, evenings and weekends - as we worked our way toward closing on our new house. She put us in contact with contractors and sometimes took care of details that I didn't expect her to! She took charge of selling our old house as though she owned it herself. We did not have to worry about details of the sale. While maintaining a friendly rapport, her first priority was always to get the job done.
