She tried to get me to stop taking a medicine that I need to function as an adult because she was convinced it was raising my blood pressure, which is odd because I had just told her it did not. She just thought that since her daughter has a similar condition, she totally understands and that makes it okay to try to take me off something I can’t provide for my family without.
