I wish I could give this doctor and the medical director Dr. Favini negative stars. In their medical opinion I was medically stable and safe to operate my SUV and drive from the ER to my PMD so that my PMD could stabilize my crisis symptoms. Dr. Hayes does not treat insomnia as a medical emergency and discharged me. My symptoms when I was discharged as noted in my pictures.
