A once-promising service has been ruined by Mulberry's. I was hesitant to start using an app-based service, but the convenience won out. They are more expensive than local shops, but 24 hour access was the draw. But after being acquired by Mulberrys Garment Service, the service has become shoddy, communication is incredibly poor, accessing the kiosks have become a hassle, placing items in lockers takes 3-5 attempts per visit, and they even stopped providing the nice garment bag I used to transport items to and from the kiosk... read more
Answer numerous calls and emails sent to you and give us back our laundry like your supposed too.
Very friendly and fast to drop off dry cleaning here. I've had my boots shined and curtains washed and finished before the end of the week.

I didn't think I could like Laundry Locker more than I already do...until today. I mistakenly left priceless cuff links on my dress shirt in my most recent order and they carefully wrapped them up to ensure they got back to me safely and securely.
