Definitely not your average rental company! From beginning to end they have had a positive impact on our time at Laughlin. Movie nights, bingo, carving pumpkins or cookouts, there is always something going on at housing. Like everything else in life, it's the people who make the difference. From the first phone call the ladies we have dealt with have been Fantastic. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Even my son (6 years old) insists on going with me to pay rent every month, so he can see the ladies.
Ms Claudia has been so nice and welcoming. My kids love her! She was so nice and helpful with moving here and getting us a home. Great people there!
Laughlin Housing staff is aways helpful no matter the question and very kind. They're very quick to fix up a house when it's needed.
I have had a great experience with Laughlin Family Housing. The staff is very welcoming and made everything really easy for us. We had a broken ceiling fan when we first moved in and it was completely replaced within a a day of putting in the work order. We were also really happy to have free pest control arranged by housing. They have provided everything we needed and we have really enjoyed living on base.
Went to a pool party housing was putting on for deployed spouses. Super friendly employees and great support in that regard!
We have loved living in Laughlin Family Housing! Our house and yard are wonderful. We have also been impressed with their handling of the storm damage and with the frequent updates from housing.
