I haven't been here more than a week but it's a very nice and peaceful area to live in. The lady who helped us get our house here was very welcoming and kind and also very excited for my family to move into our very first home ever. Nothing but good things to say ☺️
We just moved after a two year stay on base. I’m a firm believer every base and/or house is what you make of it. The one thing I will say is the energy bills are not regulated well. We got astronomically large bills when neighbors who lived similar type lives to us in the same house got small bills or no bills at all. They charged us $149 on move out and said that it was because of Christmas (we had lights up), when my friend in the same house only had a $20 bill with more lights. 🧐 It doesn’t add up at all. Yes I highly recommend. We’ve had a wonderful experience here on LAUGHLIN. Hunt was always very helpful, all the staff are very nice and stayed on top of things and their maintenance guys are awesome. Our 3 years here were great!
