The staff is fantastic! Everytime over the three years we were here that we had a problem they were fantastic about getting it fixed and quickly! We would live here again in a heartbeat!
It is a great community! Everyone in the office knows you and your family. They take the extra mile to know your family. Provide great service at all hours.
Not only are they helpful when I go in to ask a question but they are always super fast at work orders! I call in something and they are usually there within the next hour or so! Our air had gone out at 3am and they came to fix it right then! That's amazing if you ask me!

We have lived on base almost 2 years and I must say, we are very pleased with the overall experience. The entire staff is pleasant, professional and very considerate. I would also like to praise the maintenance staff - we have always had such prompt service anytime we've had a problem. They respond quickly and are very prompt in getting the issue resolved. Thank you for all you do!
Nice little houses. Comparable to the houses in the town of Del Rio.
