I've been trying to contact this company about a few rentals that I found online to which they've ignored me. I would not recommend using this company if you are actually trying to find a place to live. Very unprofessional.

We left the house we rented for 3 years spotless, including steam-cleaning the carpets (and provided the receipt)--they still took money from our deposit. Maintenance requests went unanswered for months at a time--including rats infesting the house, mold making our bedroom closet unusable, and broken air conditioner and dishwasher. We were mad enough about it to speak to an attorney... I don't know why I bother to even write a review for this sorry establishment as they clearly do not mind that they are the worst property management group in Tallahassee. They get their money by giving you false information and send you a bill for terms you then violated due to their instructions. I'll hand it to you, that's pretty brilliant but also sleazy AF.
