I am so appreciative of the care and concern that Jeff Veldhof and the staff at Lauck & Veldhof showed to us in how they handled the arrangements for my husband's cremation. We truly felt that our satisfaction and comfort was Jeff's first priority. Jeff was a tremendous help with information related to our situation, as well as showing a depth of sensitivity and compassion that helped make a very upsetting, difficult task much easier to accomplish. For such a sad time for me, Jeff and Sam and staff at Lauck & Veldhof helped make the passing of my mother so much easier. They were so compassionate and caring, I felt they truly cared. They are by far the best people I've ever had to work with and I plan on going back for their services if and when the time arises in my life. Thank you to Jeff, Sam, Catherine and Stacia for a beautiful service today for our friend Nova. The attention paid to so many details from Jan l to today far exceeded our expectations.. I had never done a funeral planning for a friend before but as i was her guardian it was up to me to plan the details. With the help of Lauck's all went so smoothly even down to the military service at the cemetery. A heavy burden was easily lifted off my shoulders with the help of one and all.

Jeff and Lauck Funeral Home gave my sister, Mary sue Belviy Geisendorff, the most incredible send off possible. Jeff was just amazing to work with and took care of even the smallest details for us. In fact I was so impressed that I switched my mother's pre-planned funeral at Shirley Brothers over to him and his funeral home. I just wanna say SAM..that you are one compassionate & helpful person that I have ever meet...you treated the William Lloyd Cook family and I like you had known us forever. You made them comfortable in time of need..you generous and kindness that you showed them through their loss of father, papaw and husband.
