I'm very upset that #1 you can never get a server to bring u a drink.. #2 no more coronas!!! Not happy

Yes it takes forever sometimes to get a server but that isn't their fault, the casino needs to hire more workers. Each server covers a wide area and later their area gets wider. Still I always feel safe and I have a great time!

Great option, a very affordable price and magnificent room, lobby was great. The casino with different slot machines than the ones I knew. The only thing this place has is a lack of signage while checking in... no signs, so be ready to be a little lost while you find the main door to check in.
The BuFFeT though is everything!!! The Crab legs, shrimp, and tea is divine, but we still have some customer service issues my waitress was Fabulous, and I get it that it's a casino. You're taking my money, but dang at least make me feel good about it, and not laugh in my face when one of your dealers gives me the incorrect chips. The customer Friday night before Halloween was great though! Kudos

The hotel rooms are very comfortable & fabulous !
Machines are extremely tight. Service is absolutely horrible. Sat there for at least an hour at one machine. Didn't see one server asking if I wanted anything. Ended up going make my own. Finally, one shows up with a beer and handed it to a woman who came sit right next to me. She had been playing just around the corner. Hands the beer to her, did not even bother asking me if I'd like anything to drink. The lady told me she had been waiting for that beer around 45 minutes. The casino itself is nice.
