Beautiful Casino and hotel. Staff members are extremely polite and attentive. Food at the Bon Temps Buffett is exceptionally good. Machines have gotten tighter though.

Check in staff was horrible and rude. The bell boys and valet drivers were awesome!!!! The hotel is really nice though....
