I love your casino, hotel and buffet but this is the second time the stadium has messed up my order. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with baked potato’s and I asked that one with no tomato’s because I’m allergic and there was tomatoes and not just that I had two bottom buns and that made the burger really dry and I paid over 15.00 . Please step you game up stadium because your food is not cheap enough for mess up like this.

Great place to come to and work
The Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee concert was outstanding. The food at 18 was delicious. We have not gambled yet, and told the casino in SMOKE FREE. This was great news as all the casino in Shreveport are full of smoke. Have only been there 3 times since they opened. I hope to come back to the Elephant Stomp next year.
the elements of customer service were the most lacking I have ever seen. I have been to many casinos in several states....never have I experienced such a lazy attitude towards me as a customer. was not impressed.
I love coming for concerts and events. Beautiful place, easily accessible, friendly staff. Great venue!

The food is usually good when we go and the room was ok needs some updates compared to the Golden Nugget. The pool is ok the last time we went there it was a little messy there was trash in the pool. If the want to keep up with the Golden nugget they need to clean up.
Very impressive room and staff.
