This is the worse casino I have been to and I’ve been to many. They nickel & dime the locals. We stayed the night recently just to get away from it all. They double charged us and were nonchalant about their error. When we complained the hotel host (literally) yelled and slammed the counter saying it wasn’t her fault. If you get great customer service at L’Auberge Baton Rouge, consider yourself lucky because between the players club and their dining facilities...Good Luck!
