Had the snow crab on the buffet. Who ever they have cooking them out both feet in that pot! Well seasoned! Def enjoyed them and didn’t have to go to Biloxi! Great job Bob Temps krewe!

It’s a very beautiful casino
The check in desk is lacking customer service skills. We have been waiting for a room for hours. We have reservations and we called to get early check in. It’s now 4 and no rooms are ready??? My comps have magically disappeared. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The environment is awful. I’m guessing all the employees hate their job. I asked where the stairs are located and nobody can tell me. The valet guy is the only nice person we have encountered. I would hope the owners of this place would like to know the staf... read more
Currently here and I’m rating it a NEGATIVE 5 out of 10 stars for service. Worst service ever from the disappearing casino comps to the rude check-in staff. Haven’t even started gambling yet (if at all)... L’Auberge has lost our business moving forward...
