Sales experience was tramendously great. Had a fantastic experience and received a great deal on my custom ordered in 2017 Road Glide Special. Tried to purchase a 2017 road glide they said they'd meet any like for like price, they lied! The manager Bob tried to give me an the old we got families to feed BS, I said so do I and so does the other dealership in Renton who was a $1,000.00 less the then Latus I went to lawless HD in Renton. All my friends who ride Harley's said you'll always get a better price up north! They were right!
I've been to the parts department many times in the past. And Jack has always been a HUGE help in giving me advise, and helping me get the correct parts for my Shovel Head build. Yesterday.. I was at Latus Motors for a different reason.. I fell in love with the new Harley Street Rod. Colton went out of his way to help me make this happen. And once all of the paper work was signed? I drove to Portland from Brookings to get two ramps for my mom's wheelchair. Store one had never heard of it, although the website indicated 10 in stock, store two wanted $2000 (honestly). The ramps looked like the ones I see motorcycle riders use, so I stopped at Latus. You can always trust Harley Davidson. Not Harley related, but I received superior service from Jack, including repacking my car to make the ramps fit. Exemplary service, very friendly...and the ramps worked perfectly.
