Had a accident back in May and since I have a 2008 Anniversary edition the damage was almost a total, but we worked with the insurance to fix and replace needed parts. They did a great job on the paint and everything it looked like brand new. They stand by there work.
And yet again, Latus Motors shines like a diamond!!! This time, my KUDOS goes to Shad in service! I usually purchase my tires online and have LHD mount them, then I reinstall them myself. I thought it would be the customary "drop them off and pick them up tomorrow" that I usually get. When Shad told me it'll be half an hour, I was ecstatic! This is not the first time Shad has gone well above and beyond expectations! He is a true asset to the Latus Motors team!

Always friendly staff. I usually swing by if i need a part or some other form of riding gear. They always greet you at the door and are usually pretty good at ordering parts and following up when they arrive. I frequent a couple different Harley stores and this one seems to always have something going on, which is fun when you least expect it �
I had a great time the people were very informative. The one thing is don't ever get rid of the American Flag it is what I look for to make sure that I am taking the right exit. The people working there were very friendly to.
