I had been shopping for a new bike for a couple weeks and decided to make the drive to Latus and a have a look at a bike I saw on their website. I'm glad I did. They were the only dealership that rode with me on the test drive. I get lost in my driveway and it takes away from the ride when I'm in a new area. Steve was polite and professional. Megan was funny and made the buying process relaxing. They made me feel welcome. No pressure.
Bought my 2017 Harley Sporster 883 Superlow and hubbies 2014 Heritage Softail Classic here, they are always awesome, great deals, awesome bikes, great inventory of bikes, gear, clothing, parts and accessories. Lots of cool items! Everyone is always very friendly and very helpful, they took great care of us with the purchase of both me and my husbands bikes, also great employee help with buying clothes, gear and parts. Great customer service!! Happy returning customers. :-)
When my headlamp burned out, Marshall helped me find a new and better one. It was a challenge swapping it out, but Damien and Alex we're rock stars. Thanks guys.
